Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age = 18 years; 2) ASA classification I-III; 3) Patients undergoing elective shoulder arthroscopy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) severe pulmonary disease 2) BMI?35kg/m2; 3) long-term opioid use (taking opioids for more than three months or oral morphine equivalent of more than 5mg per day for 1 month); 4) prior neuropathy in the operated limb; 5) history of significant mental illness that may affect the patient's assessment; 6) pregnancy; 7) those with contraindications to the regional block technique (allergy to local anesthetics, infection around the puncture site and those with coagulation disorders); 8) those who refuse to participate in this study
