Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? A community resident aged 60 and above, who will live in the community for the next 6 months; ? It was rated as light and moderate dependence by IADL (score 3-7); ? There is a mobile phone, and it will be used (you can browse web content or have used health APP);); ? Participate in this research voluntarily and sign a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Significant diseases, such as malignant cancer, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, etc.; ? Good language communication skills; ? Participating in other health-related intervention experimental studies.
