Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All study participants should voluntarily participate in this study. The house officers should have completed their six-month surgical rotation no later than 31st July 2021, to be eligible for participation in this study. All in-service medical officers on 1st August 2021 are eligible because they have completed their housemanship including six-month surgical rotation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The house officers who did not complete their six-month surgical rotation, the house officers and medical officers who refused to voluntarily participate in this study will be excluded. Those who did not complete the online questionnaire will be excluded from the analysis.
