Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? The first ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke was confirmed by head CT or MRI examination (the diagnosis was in line with the consensus of the Diagnostic Points of Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019 formulated by the Cerebrovascular Division of the Chinese Society of Neurology, Chinese Medical Association); ? The course of disease is 3 weeks to 6 months; ? 60 or higher; ? Unilateral hemiplegia; ? Maximum expiratory MEP and maximum inspiratory MIP accounted for less than 80%, diaphragmatic activity was lower than normal during deep breathing (male < 47mm, female < 37mm), or pulmonary function FVC and FEV1 accounted for less than 80%; ? Good listening and understanding, can follow instructions; ? Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Severe speech, attention, hearing, vision, intelligence, mental or cognitive impairment (Moca<26); ? accompanied by epilepsy, malignant tumors and severe cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney damage; ? There are metal foreign bodies in the brain; ? Alcohol or drug addiction.
