Ceftriaxone group:0.9% sodium chloride injection 100ml + ceftriaxone 2g is given intravenously for 1 hour
Sodium chloride control group:0.9% sodium chloride injection 100ml, intravenously for 1 hour

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age > 18 years; ? Cerebral hemorrhage caused by various causes; ? Endotracheal intubation is needed; ? Subjects understood and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Obvious aspiration had occurred before endotracheal intubation ? He had received antibiotics before endotracheal intubation ? Receive other antibiotics within 72 hours after enrollment ? Patients with allergic history to cephalosporin antibiotics (5) Drinking history within 1 week before endotracheal intubation
