Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =40 years; (2) MRI showed third-degree meniscus injury; (3) Visual scale of knee pain (VAS) = 4 (0-10) at the site of meniscus tear; (4) Osteoarthritis imaging K-L grade 0-2; (5) Conservative treatment is ineffective; (6) Meniscus repair; (7) Peripheral blood platelet content =150*10^3/ul.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) In addition to meniscus tear, there are other joint injuries (such as ligament injury); (2) the affected side has undergone knee surgery; (3) Osteoarthritis imaging K-L grade =3; (4) Coagulation dysfunction; (5) pregnant women; (6) Cognitive impairment or inability to communicate smoothly; (7) Still taking NSAIDs within one week before surgery; (8) Unwilling to sign the informed consent.
