Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. COS cycle of the first or second antagonist protocol; 2. Age =40 years old; 3. BMI 30 kg/m2 or less; 4. AMH acuity 1.2 ng/ml; 5. 7-15 dominant follicles on trigger day;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The PGT cycle; 2. Endometrial thickness < 8mm on trigger day, or previous uterine or endometrial lesions, hydrosalpinx; 3. =2 previous failed ET cycles (no clinical pregnancy after transplantation); 4. Patients with abnormal symptoms in stage III-IV; 5. Egg freezing cycle; 6. Patients unable to undergo fresh cycle transplantation due to various factors.
