Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? All included patients were consistent with Kidney Disease:Improving Global prognosis Outcomes ?-? stage of CKD (15ml/min/1.73m2? glomerular filtration rate (GFR)?59ml/min/1.73m2) and diagnostic criteria in the KDIGO guideline. 18 years old, age ?59 years old, the life expectancy is at least 3 months. (3) Those who are fully informed about this study, voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form. ? The subjects passed the actual operation examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? The subjects developed persistent hypertension (blood pressure >180/110mmHg) or hypotension (blood pressure 55mmHg), heart failure, unstable angina pectoris, pericardial effusion, etc. Severe metabolic diseases such as hyperthyroidism. Immune system diseases such as myasthenia gravis. Neurological diseases such as cerebral infarction. ? In the past three years, there is any bone and joint injury or surgery, long-term limb pain, joint ankylosis or severe arthritis, affect the test. ? Without mobile phones, wechat or unable to master the use of mobile phones, wechat. ? Cognitive dysfunction or inability to cooperate and mental disorders. ? Participating in other clinical trials that influence the results of this study. The subjects failed to pass the actual operation assessment.
