Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ? newly diagnosed Graves' disease; ? Age from 18 to 60.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with limb activity disorders affecting muscle growth and development; ? Abnormal liver and kidney function; ? Patients with tumors or pituitary tumors; (4) Patients who used glucocorticoids, growth hormones, somatostatin and other drugs affecting skeletal muscle metabolism and function in the past 1 year; ? Patients with liver damage, granulocytopenia and pruritus during ATD treatment requiring drug intervention.
