45 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: KOA group: 1. 45<Age< 70 years old, male? 2. Knee joint in neutral position or varus, K/L grade 2-3; 3. To be able to walk one block, jog 5 meters and climb one floor; 4. The knee joint has not undergone major surgery or trauma; 5. The patient has fully understood the study situation, voluntarily participated in the trial and signed the informed consent. Control group: Age, BMI, and gender are matched. The K/L grade is 0-1, and no history of knee pain or lower limb surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Knee surgery patients in the last 6 months; 2. Knee replacement arthroplasty or high tibial osteotomy on the affected side; 3. Other muscle, joint or nerve diseases affecting lower limb function; 4. Unable to walk independently; 5. People who are currently engaged in an organized exercise program for the knee; 6. People with mental disorders.
