Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Mitral valve or aortic valve surgery under total thoracoscopic cardiopulmonary bypass; 2. The first heart surgery; 3. Age >=18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known respiratory disease and need chronic oxygen therapy; 2. Arterial blood gas oxygen saturation 34umol/L), renal dysfunction (Scr>178umol/L), and severe neurological complications; 6. Preoperative respiratory tract infection, pulmonary inflammation, severe systemic infection, PaO2/FiO2 less than 300mm Hg; 7. Difficult airway, improved Malampati grading >= Level III; 8. Concomitant connective tissue disease.
