Age
18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need one lung ventilation for thoracic surgery 2. Women 3. Age 20-75 4. ASA classification I~III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with upper respiratory tract infection, sore throat and hoarseness before operation 2. Patients with tracheostomy, limited cervical movement or cervical trauma before operation 3. Preoperative steroid or opioid therapy 4. Previous oral or throat surgery history 5. Patients with Malampati score = 3 6. Patients with previous or expected difficulties in intubation
