Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 65 or older; Unstable intertrochanteric fracture is treated by intramedullary nail internal fixation (unstable intertrochanteric fracture is defined as A2.2-3.3 in AO/OTA classification).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Preoperative examination revealed deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities; The preoperative hemoglobin is less than 80g/L; Pathological fracture; Multiple fractures with another part of the fracture needs surgical treatment; There are contraindications for anticoagulant therapy; The time from injury to admission is more than 3 days.
