Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Age 18-75 years;(2)The pathological diagnosis is colorectal malignancy;(3)Patients who plan to undergo surgery for radical treatment;(4)Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine are not eligible for any one of the exclusion criteria and have signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those found to be unable to radically resect during surgery; (2) Those with skin allergies, skin ruptures, and poor blood sugar control of diabetes; (3) Those with severe heart, liver, kidney and other organ dysfunction; (4) Patients who have used glucocorticoids, antibiotics, laxatives, and intestinal flora regulators in the first month before surgery; (5) Pregnant and lactating women; (6) Those who suffer from mental illness, or have difficulty communicating with language, and are unable to complete this research; (7) Other reasons can not cooperate with the researcher.
