Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Permanent residents who have lived locally for 6 months; 2. Age = 60 years old; 3. People who voluntarily join the research after fully understanding the project information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney, lung and metabolic diseases; neurological diseases that can cause brain dysfunction such as stroke, Parkinson's disease, brain tumors, etc.; suffering from schizophrenia, mood disorders (affective mental disorders) persons; drug abusers; persons who cannot communicate effectively.
