Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with gallstones, regardless of symptoms; 2. Patients with age > 18 years old are generally in good condition and have no gastrointestinal diseases such as chronic diarrhea, abdominal pain and abdominal distension, as far as possible, and no serious heart, liver, lung, renal dysfunction and metabolic diseases (such as obesity and diabetes); 3. Participate in the study voluntarily, know the research process and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have recently taken drugs that affect gastrointestinal motility or gallbladder function; 2. Patients with external biliary diseases, severe biliary infections or biliary tract tumors and other organic diseases of the biliary tract or digestive tract after examination; 3. Patients with serious diseases of other systems that affect the operation effect or patients with other diseases that cannot tolerate the operation; 4. Pregnant or lactating; 5. Other patients deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigator.
