Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 20 years old 2. Full-term delivery 3. Have good communication skills

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with anxiety and depression during pregnancy 2. Have a family history of mental illness 3. Deformities of infants and young children 4. Participate in other intervention studies 5. Serious pregnancy complications
