Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age = 65 years old, but = 80 years old; 2) According to the WHO (1999) diagnostic criteria for diabetes, a clear diagnosis of type 2 diabetes; 3) Duration of type 2 diabetes mellitus = 1 year; 4) HbA1c=9% within 3 months;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Presence of conditions that affect the digestion and absorption of nutrients, including celiac disease; 2)Allergies or intolerance to standard meals used in the study; 3)Unable to write or use a smartphone to record diet;
