Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with singleton pregnancies who were Prenatal examined and delivered in ruian people's hospital from February 2009 to June 2012; 2. The "mother child" pairs whose mothers and offspring can insist on completing the follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mother who had received thyroid hormone or antithyroid drugs or taken other drugs that may affect thyroid function during or before pregnancy; 2. Mother who had hypertensive disorder of pregnancy, hyperglycemia during pregnancy or diseases affecting thyroid function during pregnancy; 3. Assisted reproductive conception; 4. Mother or offspring can not understand and correctly finish the questionnaire or the intelligence test due to mental illness and other reasons.
