Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age > 18 years old;? it met the diagnostic criteria of sepsis3.0 for sepsis;(3) mean arterial pressure > 65mmHg;(4) Norepinephrine dosage < 2µg? kg-1 ?min-1. The diagnostic criteria for sepsis were infection + Sequential organ failure score (SOFA)=2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Pregnancy or perinatal period;(2) Acute myocardial infarction;(3) acute heart failure;(4) Heart rate < 60 beats/min;(5) Long-term use of ß-blockers before admission;(6) Severe asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, grade ? or above atrioventricular block.
