Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 16, male or female; (2) The diagnosis of asthma is clear; Diagnostic basis: According to the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Bronchial Asthma formulated by the Asthma Group of the Respiratory Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2008, there are corresponding diagnostic basis for lung function: 1. Repeated attacks of wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness or cough,which is mostly related to exposure to allergens, cold air, physical or chemical stimuli, viral infection in upper respiratory tract, exercise, etc. 2. During the attack, scattered or diffuse wheezing rale can be heard in both lungs, mainly in the expiratory phase, and the expiratory phase is prolonged. 3. The above symptoms and signs can be relieved by treatment or by themselves. 4. Except wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness and cough caused by other diseases. 5. For pulmonary function, at least one of the following tests shall be positive: (1) bronchial provocation test or exercise provocation test is positive; (2) In the bronchodilation test,the FEV1 is increased by more than 12%, and the absolute value of FEV1 is increased by more than 200 ml; (3) Daily variation rate of peak expiratory flow (PEF) within two weeks is more than 20%, or weekly average variation rate is more than 10%; (4) After 4 weeks of anti-inflammatory treatment, pulmonary function improved significantly (FEV1 increased by more than 12%, and the absolute value of FEV1 increased by more than 200 ml or PEF improved by more than 20%). (3) The patient has signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Any of the following diseases was found at the time of treatment: lung cancer, pneumonia and tuberculosis. (If the patient can be diagnosed, they can be enrolled after the relevant disease is cured). (2) The questionnaire could not be completed according to the research requirements due to limited cognitive function or other reasons.
