Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?.4-12 years old ?.phimosis ?.General anesthesia combined with the dorsal penile nerve descending circumcision ?.ASA I, II
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Diabetes, hematologic disorders, lower extremity movement paresthesias, infections, immunodeficiency ?BMI > 99% of the same age percentage ?Painkillers were taken within 2 weeks of surgery ?People who are allergic to any medicine ?Mental state changes, unable to provide adequate informed consent or patients refuse to participate
