Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are above 50 years old, with age-related cataract and nuclear hardness below grade IV, and plan to accept clear corneal incision cataract phacoemulsification and IOL implantation surgery. 2.13= OSDI=32, or at least one of the following physical results: Corneal fluorescein staining dots= 30 or less than 2 Quadrant regions2s=NIF-BUT<10s2 3.Patients who dont use artificial tears, diquafosol sodium, antibiotics(Metronidazole, Tetracyclines, Macrolides), NSAIDs, immunosuppressant or steroids, Moisture chamber glasses, lacrimal puncta occlusion , any kind of physical therapy for DED in the last 3 months. 4.Be able to understand the purpose of the experiment, volunteer to participate, and sign the informed consent of the subject or legal guardianship, and be able to complete the follow-up visit on time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative corneal curvature is greater than 45D or less than 42D, or astigmatism greater than 1.5D. 2.The corneal endothelial cell count is less than 1800 /mm7 3.Patients with other eye disorders (e. g. ocular allergies, keratoconus, glaucoma, macular degeneration or other retinal impairment) those could affect visual outcomes or BCL wearing, or patients with a history of trauma, contact lens use or any other ocular surgery or therapy 4.Diabetic patients; other systemic diseases with severe or unstable heart, liver, kidney, lung, endocrine (including thyroid dysfunction) blood, mental dysfunction; ECG or laboratory findings have contraindications to surgery.
