Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who signed the informed consent form; 2. Aged 18-60 years; 3. ASA classification ? to ?; 4. Body mass index 17-40kg/m^2; 5.The diagnosis was confirmed by outpatient CT or MRT within 6 h after the trauma, and then the patient was sent directly to the operating room for emergency surgery, which took >2 h.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of acute and chronic lung diseases, thoracic surgery and trauma.2.Severe injury to traumatic wet lung and other organs following this trauma. 3.Preoperative lung ultrasound evaluation with pneumothorax, pleural fluid, pulmonary atelectasis, and solid lung lesions.4.History of psychiatric or neurological disease. 5.History of eye disease associated with elevated IOP.
