Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Either or both of the husband and wife have monogenic diseases: couples who have given birth to children with known monogenic genetic diseases, have a family history of genetic diseases, or one or both of them carrying pathogenic mutations, and the pathogenic genes are clear 2. Either or both of the couple carry pathogenic mutations of genetic susceptibility genes for severe diseases (such as BRCA1 and BRCA2 pathogenic mutations of hereditary breast cancer); 3. Human leukocyte antigen (HLA) matching.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Genetic diseases with unclear pathogenicity or genetic positioning of genetic mutations; 2. contraindications of assisted reproductive technology and / or contraindications of pregnancy.
