Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 6-17; (2) comply with DSM-? standards; (3) Complicated with gastrointestinal symptoms; (4) The legal guardian fully understood and signed the informed consent, agreeing to collect clinical data and peripheral blood and stool samples; (5) Continue to participate in the project and follow up for 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated with other serious systemic diseases, with a clear history of brain trauma, cerebral palsy, encephalitis and other organic brain diseases; (2) those who are clearly diagnosed with other mental diseases; (3) Use of psychotropic drugs in the past 3 months; (4) Use antibiotics and probiotics in the past month; (5) Complicated with other serious gastrointestinal diseases, such as Hirschmegon's disease, intestinal obstruction, intussusception, etc.; (6) Poor compliance.
