Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria included: (1) patients who were diagnosed as critically ill or seriously ill; (2) patients who speak Chinese; (3)patients who were informed and agreed to participate in the study; (4) patients whose vital signs could be measured.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria included: (1) patients under the age of 14; (2) patients with severe mental disorders; (3) patients who transferred another hospital or gave up treatment, resulting in the inability to collect data.
