Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients who underwent heart valve surgery in Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 ? Age =18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Pregnant women ? patients with difficulty in obtaining right atrial appendage specimens during thoracoscopic heart valve surgery ? refused to participate in this study.
