Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Patients with coronary artery disease (including acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina) diagnosed by coronary angiography or coronary artery enhancement CT ?=18 years old. ?assessed by a cardiologist and a nurse as suitable to participate in exercise rehabilitation. ?Patients which living with at least one family member can be able to use and accept the recommendations of excercise transmitted by smartphone. ?Patients who were willing to participate in this study after stating the purpose of the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Have undergone coronary artery bypass grafting; ? Patients with uncontrolled hypertension (resting systolic blood pressure >160mmHg, diastolic blood pressure >100mmHg) or orthostatic hypotension; ? Have one or more of the following complication of coronary artery disease: heart failure, ventricular tachycardia, type II or III degree atrioventricular block, uncontrolled atrial tachycardia (including atrial flutter, atrial fibrillation, etc.), cardiac mural thrombosis. ? Previous history of cerebrovascular accident; ? Patients with cognitive impairment, aphasia, mental disorder and inability to communicate; ? Non-cardiogenic diseases (such as infection, thyrotoxicosis, thrombotic diseases or other end-stage diseases (such as cancer) that may affect exercise or aggravate the condition due to exercise, leading to the limitation of exercise ability of participants. ? Non-cooperation with treatment (including oral/injection/external medication, exercise intervention, diet control, etc.)
