Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 65 or older; 2. An elective total knee arthroplasty is planned; 3. ASA grade was II ~ III; 4. The anesthesia method is intravenous inhalation combined anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to sign the test consent; 2. Have neuropsychiatric diseases, and have a history of neurological or psychiatric diseases; 3, there are craniocerebral or head injuries; 4, vision, hearing impairment and difficult to communicate; 5. Serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 6. Those with metal implanted devices in the body; 7. Have substance or alcohol abuse; 8. MMSE score less than 15; 9. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction (such as severe hepatitis and kidney failure).
