Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Preoperative CBCT has confirmed that the surgical area involves the mandibular canal where the inferior alveolar nerve is located (FIG. 2), or the exposed cases of the inferior alveolar nerve were found during oral surgery. ? Aged between 18 and 60 years old; 3) No history of drug or food allergy; ? no mental illness; No history of serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; There was no history of trigeminal neuralgia and no numbness of bilateral lower lip before surgery. There were no other potential factors in oral cavity that may cause inferior alveolar nerve injury before surgery, including tumor, trauma, inflammation, etc. ? Patients who are willing to participate in this experiment and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: On the basis that the inclusion criteria are not met ? The patient with collagen allergy should not use it; ? The use site has infectious inflammation should not be prohibited; ? Uncontrolled diseases, such as diabetes, rickets, thyroid diseases, severe liver and kidney dysfunction; ? Long-term adrenocortical hormone therapy; ? Autoimmune diseases; ? Undergoing radiation therapy; ? Serious smoking habits; ? are clinically diagnosed as mental anxiety, hypersensitivity patients; ? Patients who are not willing to participate in this study, or other cases that the investigator deems unsuitable for inclusion.
