18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years old; 2. Nonintubated patients with type I respiratory failure, including bacterial / viral pulmonary infection, pulmonary contusion, cardiogenic pulmonary edema, mild / moderate ARDS and other diseases; 3. Before enrollment, SpO < 90 when inhale air.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Vital signs are unstable; 2. Patients who are expected to need endotracheal intubation on the same day; 3. Complicated with pleural effusion, pneumothorax and atelectasis; 4. Unable to perform prone sitting, such as femoral artery and vein catheterization, chest deformity, severe abdominal obesity, etc; 5. Pregnancy.
