Inclusion criteria: ? Patients undergoing day surgery for the first time; ? clear mind, fluent speech; ? Informed consent, cooperate with the researcher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? After booking a day surgery, the operation is cancelled or the operation date is changed; ? Patients or their family members should not use smartphones; ? Patients with mental illness, cognitive impairment and inability to communicate.
