18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? 18 = age = 60; ? The tear thickness of supraspinatus tendon was 3 weeks or no definite injury history; ? Blood platelet count >150 before treatment × 106 pieces /ml; ? The patient did not receive hormone injection in recent 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? The patient had biceps tendinitis, glenohumeral arthritis, fracture, infection or tumor; ? The patient suffered from unstable angina pectoris, mental disease and mental disease; ? Fat infiltration of shoulder joint on the affected side exceeded 50%; ? Suffering from vascular insufficiency or neurological diseases; ? Tear at the damaged part exceeds 50%; ? Have undergone rotator cuff repair surgery; ? Have been pregnant or have a birth plan in recent 1 year.
