Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Over 18 years old; 2) According to a 2019 SOGC guideline, combining with the history of pregnancy and/or the pregnancy ultrasound results, consider suspicious PAS disease of pregnant women, among them: a. Her prepregnancy history included more than 3 pregnancies (including this pregnancy), more than 3 uterine operations (including curettage and hysteroscopy), and more than 2 uterine operations (including cesarean section and myomectomy). B. Abnormal placental position indicated by ultrasound included: "Placenta previa state" diagnosed before 28 weeks of gestation and "placenta previa" diagnosed after 28 weeks of gestation according to "the distance between the lower edge of the placenta and the endocervix is less than 2cm" in "Obstetrics and Gynecology (9th Edition)"; 3) Establish a pregnant women and regular prenatal maternal health manual, follow-up to delivery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Serious lack of card information or delivery information; Severe fetal abnormalities; Lost to follow-up.
