40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Agree to sign a written informed consent; (2) Aged 40 to 80 years; (3) Female patients without potential fertility or pregnancy plan; (4) Meet COPD diagnostic criteria in GOLD2021 and the current condition is stable ; (5) COPD patients with FEV1/FVC < 0.70 after bronchodilator inhalation; (6) All patients did not participate in any form of pulmonary rehabilitation research program before enrollment; (7) Can cooperate to complete pulmonary rehabilitation training; (8) Can cooperate to complete the relevant examination items; (9) Willing to return to the hospital according to the protocol for follow-up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) unwilling to perform pulmonary rehabilitation exercise, poor compliance; (2) pregnant and lactating women; (3) combined with pulmonary encephalopathy, bronchial asthma, active tuberculosis, lung cancer, bronchiectasis, sarcoidosis, idiopathic interstitial pulmonary fibrosis, primary pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary embolism, bullae, obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome and other respiratory diseases affecting pulmonary rehabilitation; (4) combined with severe respiratory failure requiring ventilator-assisted ventilation; (5) combined with severe heart failure: NYHA IV; (6) combined with heart, liver, kidney and other important organs of severe lesions and other systemic malignancies; (7) muscle, bone or neuropathy affecting pulmonary rehabilitation; (8) mental disorders, mental retardation, cognitive impairment.
