Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria, aged 18-60 years old; 2) Preoperative diagnosis was mixed hemorrhoids (? - ? degrees, 1-3 points) or perianal abscess (range < perianal 1/4); 3) No obvious contraindications; 4) Patients and their families agree and support all treatment schemes, voluntarily accept clinical observation and research, and sign the corresponding informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases meeting any of the following conditions are excluded: 1) Those who do not meet any of the above inclusion criteria. 2) Patients with serious systemic diseases, such as severe heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney dysfunction, hematological diseases, and patients with mental disorders; 3) Women in pregnancy and lactation;
