Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: the age of critically ill patients = 18 years old 2 patients with blood glucose = 15mmol/L, who need insulin micropump to control blood glucose 3 the length of ICU stay = 3 days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 refusing participating the experiment 2 ketoacidosis, hyperosmotic hyperglycemia syndrome, chronic pancreatitis 3 end-stage of disease
