Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged greater than or equal to 80 years. 2. complete clinicopathological data and follow-up information are available.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) lack of complete clinicopathological data and follow-up information; (2) lack of anaesthetic orders; (3) duration of surgery exceeding 50% of the equivalent type of surgery, as well as bleeding exceeding 400 ml.
