Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Between 18 and 80 years old; ? Patients with acute esophagogastric fundus varices and upper gastrointestinal bleeding; Patients requiring emergency endoscopic treatment; ? Confirmation of cirrhosis: cirrhosis or portal hypertension confirmed by puncture or combined with clinical, biochemical and radiological results; ? diagnostic criteria for liver cancer: liver biopsy confirmation or imaging data combined with APF more than 400ng/ml. ? Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Poor physical condition, can not tolerate gastroscopy; ? There are heart failure, COPD, non-liver malignant tumor, coagulation dysfunction, severe anemia and other organ tumor diseases, affecting gastroscopy operation or postoperative follow-up; ? Preoperative bacteriological samples (such as blood culture, ascites infection) were taken as patients with bacterial infection.
