Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Identify the patients with type 2 diabetes and meet the diagnostic criteria in the Chinese guidelines for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes (2020 Edition); ? Age 18-60; ? History of diabetes = 3 months; ? Can eat by mouth, with good gastrointestinal function; ? Be conscious, have certain reading ability, and can independently use mobile wechat; ? Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Type 1 diabetes or other types of diabetes; ? Those who have taken hormone drugs in recent 3 months; ? Patients with severe liver and kidney insufficiency, malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases and physical disabilities; ? Pregnant or lactating women; ? Other researchers believe that the patients are not suitable to participate in this study.
