Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women who started to file in the obstetrical clinic in the early stage of pregnancy in certern hospitals 2.Extremely premature infants with gestational age less than 32 weeks after birth and admission to NICU

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Extremely premature babies are born with congenital malformation and stillbirth.
