18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) old than 18 years old (2) pathological diagnosis of malignant pulmonary nodules (PN) (3) radiological diagnosis of maligant PN but cannot or refused to conduct biopsy (4) refuse surgery or unsuitable for surgery (5) older patients such as >60 years old who refuse or cannot undergo surgery (6) KPS >=70 (7) single or multiple PN who are suitable for SBRT (8) primary or metastatic malignant PN who are suitable for SBRT (9) patients whose survival time longer than 3 months (10) patients who sign the consent form and agree to perform SBRT

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients who are suitable for surgery or choose surgery (2) PNs are benign.
