18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) = 18 years old =80 years old; 2) According to medical history, biochemical examination and imaging examination, cervical spondylotic radiculopathy was definitely diagnosed; 3) In accordance with the indications, collagenase nucleolytic therapy was planned; 4) Understand the research background and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Cervical spondylotic myelopathy, severe calcification or ossification of cervical disc herniation, osseous spinal stenosis and spinal cord compression; 2) Severe foraminal stenosis resulting in nerve entrapment; 3) upper limb muscle weakness caused by other myogenic and craniocerebral diseases; 4) Vertigo caused by otogenic, ocular and cerebrovascular diseases; 5) Other conditions considered unsuitable for inclusion by the researcher.
