18 Years to 64 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing elective radical mastectomy under general anesthesia;2.ASA?-?;3.The age range is 18 to 64 years old;4.BMI 18.5-27.5 kg/m2; 5.The subjects voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe diseases of heart,lung,liver and kidney function;2.Patients with a history of local anesthetic allergy;3.Patients who have used corticosteroids with in the last two weeks;4.Patients with preoperative chemoradiotherapy;5.Patients with puncture site infection;6.Patients who refused clinical trials;7.Patients with a history of chronic pain or prolonged use of analgesic medications.
