Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) OSAHS diagnosed by polysomnography (PSG), which meets the relevant diagnostic criteria of OSAHS in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome (2011 Revision); (2) In line with the surgical indications, uvulopalatopharyngoplasty was performed; (3) Age 18-65 years old; (4) Good communication and comprehension skills, voluntarily participate in this study, and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary diseases, malignant tumors or other serious organ diseases; (2) long-term heavy drinking and/or taking sedative-hypnotic or muscle relaxant drugs; (3) Patients with mental illness or cognitive dysfunction.
