OM group:Before induction, midazolam oral liquid was given

M group:Oral administration of midazolam injection before induction

D group:Dextrmedetomidine nasal drops before induction

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 114 children were scheduled to undergo root canal therapy under general anesthesia, aged 2-7 years, regardless of gender, with treatment time<3h, weight of 10-30kg, ASA grade I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital heart disease (tetralogy of Fallot, patent ductus arteriosus, ventricular septal defect, etc.), respiratory system disease (upper respiratory tract infection, pulmonary infection, bronchial asthma, etc. in the last two weeks), rhinitis or nasal malformation, and allergy to midazolam or dexmedetomidine.
