65 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 65 years old; (2) Ventilator assisted ventilation after endotracheal intubation; (3) Surgical operation under general anesthesia; (4) Mechanical ventilation time = 3h; (5) Successfully passed the spontaneous breathing test (SBT);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Airway stenosis and airway compression; (2) Extensive damage and burn of chest skin; (3) Central respiratory failure; (4) Severe muscle weakness and no autonomic diaphragm activity; (5) Unplanned extubation patients; (6) Patients with end-stage cardiopulmonary disease;
