Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? All included patients met the stroke diagnostic criteria of the Neurology Society of the Chinese Medical Association in 2017 and were diagnosed as stroke by head CT or magnetic resonance imaging; ? The duration of the first onset was <3 months, and the sitting balance was =1 level; ? The patient's condition is stable, unilateral limb hemiplegia; ?The Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score was more than 27, which could execute the treatment instruction; ? The age range is 40-75 years old; ? The subjects and their families gave informed consent, and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? The patient has important organs (heart, lung, liver, kidney, etc.) failure, malignant tumor, disease instability and other conditions; ? Cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, sinus thrombosis, transient ischemic attack, progressive stroke or reversible ischemic attack; ? Women who are breastfeeding or pregnant; ? The lesions were located in bilateral cerebral hemispheres, cerebellum or brainstem; ? Patients voluntarily withdrew from the study.
