Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) the mental state is normal, can cooperate with the experimenter.(2) those who are older than 20 years old and are diagnosed with stress urinary incontinence for the first time.(3) Women who have delivered through vagina for more than 42 days have clean lochia and no urinary tract infection.(4) pelvic floor muscle strength = grade 3, and pelvic floor electromyography evaluation indicates that the muscle strength is insufficient.(5) Patients who signed the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) those with unstable condition or other serious systemic diseases.(2) Previous pelvic floor surgery, urinary tract infection(3) Those who are using drugs that affect bladder function or receiving other treatments.(4) Patients with mental illness who can't cooperate with the completion of the trial.
